一、洽谈沟通
顾问咨询合作前期,客户企业提出需求,复锐咨询有对应的专业人员与客户建立联系,确认和细化需求,进一步提出顾问服务方式的初步建议,初步确定是以管理咨询项目、细分专题服务、长期顾问等方式开展合作,或者简化为企业内训等服务形式。
二、签约委托
针对前述确认的合作模式,复锐提出细化服务合作方案,双方签订合作协议,明确相关职责,界定服务预期成果等等。
三、前期准备
合作关系确定以后,复锐成立服务团队,客户方成立内部团队来对接,细化和明确工作步骤、任务、期限等细节,形成更为详细的工作计划。
四、服务实施
依据前面设定的任务、实践开展对应的专业服务工作。
五、成果验收
依据签约和准备阶段确认的预期结果,进行阶段性的成果验收。
六、项目总结(后续协助实施等)
总结项目的成功和不足之处,为后期有可能的追踪服务奠定基础,也为客户企业内部更好地落实见效提供保障。
